Instructions
Our breast tape glue is a carefully engineered jelly-like substance, ensuring strong adhesion while being exceptionally gentle on your skin, facilitating pain free removal. While using the tape may require some initial practice, once you become accustomed to it, the process from start to finish offers the safest and most effective support solution!
Application
It is best to start your adhesive placement working from the
bottom, upwards for support
1. Ensure skin is clean, dry, and free from all moisturisers and oils.
2. Cut your tape to desired lengths.
3. Gently peel back the protective cover to reveal a 2-inch adhesive surface.
4. Place tape onto your breast in the direction you require and secure your adhesive.
5. Slowly pull off the rest of your adhesive cover as you press down, securing the adhesive into place. Cut as many pieces as you require and continue following the steps until you have achieved desired support and coverage.
Removal
Do not rip your tape off like a band-aid or it can cause skin sensitivity or injury.
Support your skin with one hand and slowly, very gently remove your tape with the other.
If you are having trouble removing your tape, saturate your tape in water to release the glue or apply a generous amount of baby oil and allow to set for 10 mins and then remove.
- Recommended to wear for 8-12 hours.
- Pre-test a patch on your breasts first for skin sensitivity or allergies.
- Do not use on sensitive, broken, irritated, or sunburnt skin.
- If you experience any discomfort or redness, remove it immediately.

Not only did the girls stay in place all night but my skin didn’t rip at the end of the night taking the tape off. Not only did it not hurt but my fake tan stayed in place too! Love it and will be only using BZEZ from now on - no other product compares!
Easy to use, and comfortable
I bought the BZEZ breast tape to wear to a wedding this past weekend. Being on the larger side, I was honestly worried it wouldn’t hold well—but I was pleasantly surprised. It lasted all day without budging. I also used it with the non-adhesive nipple covers and everything felt secure and comfortable. When it came time to remove the tape, it didn’t hurt at all, which was a huge bonus. Overall, I’m really impressed and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for reliable breast tape.
Very smooth tape. The quality is good and very easy on the skin. I ordered the thick one - it was good for my d cup. The colour was really nice. Definite a superior product compared to some. Customer service from Bzez is next level warm, professional and personal.

This tape is beyond amazing!!! I have never used anything like it. I wore it for a whole 12 hours and unlike other tapes I have used in the past, it did not rip, mark or irritate my skin! It was also so easy and pain free to strip off. I seriously give it a 10/10. It is definitely my new go-to brand of tape. Try it!! You’ll know what I’m talking about :)
