Instructions
Application:
Make sure your skin is clean and dry before applying.
- Once your outfit is on, slot your pads into position on your clothing.
- Use one hand to scoop your breasts up into position and the other to press the cup against your chest to hold them into place.
- Repeat on the other side.
Removal:
Gently peel your cups from your skin using one hand for support and the other to remove, then slowly remove your cups from your clothing. Any left over glue particles will wash away.
Cleaning:
Use a gentle soap that contains no moisturisers, oils, fragrances, conditioners, or added hydrators. Many soaps and hand washes contain hidden conditioning agents that leave behind a residue, which can weaken the adhesive over time.
Wash with warm soapy water and allow to air-dry. when dry, place your protective film over the adhesive to protect your glue, ready for their next use.
- Recommended to wear for 6-8 hrs.
- Do not use on sensitive, broken, irritated, or sunburnt skin.
- If you experience any discomfort, remove immediately.

I would like to thank Talene for her amazing customer service and for helping me find the right product for me. At first, I tried the Double Boost, but unfortunately it wasn’t the right fit for my body structure. Talene made sure I was completely satisfied and recommended the Subtle Boost instead, which turned out to be a much better fit. For reference, I’m a B cup, and the Double Boost didn’t mold naturally to my shape. That said, I’m really happy with the look and feel of the Subtle Boost.

I bought the breast insert / enhancers for a very different reason than most customers. I have had a double mastectomy and live mostly flat. But after years of lacking confidence I bought some bralettes and tried Bzez! Well there’s no going back. I’m so happy. The inserts are adhesive so they feel secure against my chest and have the double security of affixing to the bralette as well - they are much lighter than standard prosthesis. I can’t recommend this product highly enough for a woman who is seeking an alternative to breast prosthesis. I was a large busted lady but cancer has had me lose a lot of weight and these inserts proved to be the perfect size for the new smaller me. I'm a DD size and these only work for certain tops I have found but it really did look really nice overall and make my boobs look naturally perky with different kind of tops because of the double sized adhesive which lifts my breast into place. Due to my size I'm happy I got the subtle boost instead of the double boost because I believe if I did go for the Double boost their wouldn't be any room for my boobs.
